Different properties have different needs. We know this because we are investors ourselves! We customize our management to exceed those needs. Whatever type of management that the property needs, we provide—whether it is onsite, offsite, or both, we have got you covered!
Tenant Screening and Placement
We treat your property like we want a management company to treat ours. Companies that charge leasing fees get paid more with more turnover. We would never pay a leasing fee as principals, so we would never charge you one. We want long-term tenants for our properties, so we do the same for yours! We thoroughly screen each potential tenant as though we were placing them in one of our own units. We are truly by principals, and for principals.
We take care of your property like we take care of our own properties! We stay on top of all preventative and routine maintenance.
We hire experienced and quality people who handle repairs in the most cost efficient way possible. Our industry pros offer us excellent pricing because we treat them well, and reward excellent work with repeat business. We pass 100% of these savings on to our clients. We will never charge anything as the “middle man,” or for any other reason, and the receipts will be stapled to the financials each month.
We provide a monthly income statement/P&L statement with all receipts stapled to them, for hassle-free bookkeeping and accounting. Full transparency!
We only charge what we are willing to pay and we are clients of Principal Property Management, so we practice what we preach: 8% Gross Rent with a per property minimum of $100. No leasing fees, other hidden fees, nor nonsense!
